Cocktail of the week - Banana Brûlée

This week is a banana daiquiri with a little French twist. The coconut milk also gives it a little taste of the tropics so it's perfect for summer!

You'll need:

20ml White Rum
20ml Malibu
20ml Licor 43
50ml Coconut Milk
1/2 a banana (peeled)
A squeeze of honey
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Ice
A chefs blowtorch (optional)
A blender

The Method:

1. Combine 1tblspn brown sugar & 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon and grind with a pestle & mortar.
2. Throw the rum, malibu, licor 43, coconut milk, banana, honey and a large handful of ice into the blender & blitz it.
3. Pour into a Martini glass, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top and burn the sugar with the chefs blowtorch. Et voilà!
