British Master Chef Opens Restaurant in Southend!

British Masterchef and globally acclaimed star Markus Baumann is due to open restaurant, Bourgee, in just a matter of days!

Based on Southend Seafront in the premises of what was formally Tiffin's Indian Restaurant (opposite the Sea Life Centre), 'Bourgee' message is simple; Steak, Lobster & Luxe Lounge!

Markus is already proprietor of award winning ‘Baumanns Brasserie Restaurant’ based in Coggleshall, which is famed for bringing a touch of metropolitan to the heart of Essex and receives nothing but praise from clientele and food critics alike.

And its not just Southend that will be benefitting from Markus and his teams expertise, Bourgee is one of three restaurants due to launch in Essex, with Billericay being next on the list!
