The Broadway Belles WI are sewing to support the NHS
The Broadway Belles Womens Institute based in Leigh have been helping to support our local NHS.
Their members have been making scrubs, bags and collected buttons for mask adapters that went to the Southend hospital hub. A group, now referred to as our Sewing Belles, have cut 94 sets of scrubs out which are all now with The Dressmaker, in Leigh, to be sewn and distributed.
A great team effort from the Broadway Belles WI to support our NHS and key workers.
