Cocktail of the week - Appletini Amore!

Like a slice of pie it's the apple of my eye!

So easy to make so give it a try!

You will need:

• 25ml Vanilla vodka (Absolut or Stoli)
• 25ml Amaretto
• 25ml Egg white
• 2 lime wedges
• Angostura Bitters
• Pressed apple juice
• Apple slices & cinnamon for garnish
• A cocktail shaker Ice
• A martini glass or champagne saucer
  
  
  

The method behind the madness:

1. Squeeze your lime wedges & throw them in the shaker with a splash of angostura bitters
2. Add a shot of vodka, amaretto & egg white
3. Throw in 2 shots of apple juice & a heap of ice.
4. Shake it good!
5. Strain into the glass & garnish with apple slices & a dust of cinnamon, that's amore!
