Cocktail of the week - Blue Ice
Don't accept imitations, this is the real deal!
This enjoyable tipple combines flavours of Orange, Cherry & Lemon for a big hit of sweet & sour!
You'll need:
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Blue Curacao
- 10ml Kirsch
- Lemon
- Ice
- Lemonade
- A tall glass or jam jar
The method behind the madness:
1. Fill your glass with crushed ice & throw in a shot of Vodka & Blue Curacao.
2. Add a splash of Kirsch & the juice of half a lemon.
3. Top up with lemonade & garnish with a lemon wheel.
4. Pop in a straw & you're off!
