Cocktail of the week Easter Special - Cream Egg

With the Easter weekend coming up, it's definitely the start of party season! Wow your guests with this dreamy cream egg cocktail - it would work perfectly as a dessert, or simply as a fun drink to make over the weekend! Think of it as a grown up Easter egg!

You'll need:

  • 20ml Vodka?
  • 20ml Galliano Vanilla Liqueur?
  • 20ml White Crème de Cacao?
  • 10ml Baileys Chocolate Luxe?
  • 3 scoops of ice cream?
  • Melted chocolate or chocolate sauce
  • ?Cadbury's Creme Egg?
  • A blender?Ice

The method behind the madness:

1. Get your blender & throw in 20ml of Vodka, 20ml of Creme de Cacao & 20ml of Galliano.
2. Throw in 10ml of Baileys Chocolate Luxe, 3 scoops of ice cream & blend!
3. Dip a glass into melted chocolate or chocolate sauce.
4. Fill the glass with ice & pour in the mixture from the blender, garnish with a creme egg!
