Cocktail of the week - LOTUS FLOWER

Matcha Green Tea isn't just great if you're on a health kick, the flavour also works great in cocktails! Try this one at home if you fancy something different! 


You'll need:

- 25ml Bourbon
- 15ml Ginger Liqueur
- 10ml Crème de Peche (Peach Schnapps also works)
- A shot of Egg White
- 1 teaspoon of Apricot Jam
- Monin Matcha Syrup
- 1/4 of a fresh Lemon Garnish - Wafer Flowers


The method in the madness:
1. In your shaker muddle a lemon quarter, matcha syrup, egg white & some apricot jam.
2. Fill with ice then add Bourbon, Crème de Peche & Ginger Liqueur.
3. Shake hard then double strain into a Martini glass or champagne coupé.
4. Garnish with wafer flowers.
