Cocktail of the week - TROPIC THUNDER

Try out this frozen Kiwi & Coconut Mojito! Its's light, fruity & refreshing, perfect for summer chilling in the garden!

You Will need:

  • 30ml White Rum
  • 30ml Malibu
  • 50ml Coconut Water
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Mint Syrup
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit
  • Ice
  • A blender
  • Garnish - Dessicated Coconut & Fresh Mint

The Method:

  1. Throw your rum, malibu, coconut water & lime juice into your blender.
  2. Add a splash of mint syrup & the kiwi fruit (scoop the fruit out with a spoon & discard the skin)
  3. Add ice & blitz.
  4. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass & then dip the glass in dessicated coconut.
  5. Pour the blender contents into your glass & garnish with fresh mint. Pop in a straw and sip in the sunshine!
