Cocktail of the week - WATERLOO SUNSET

Hope everybody is enjoying the sunshine! Chill out & watch the sunset with a couple of these fresh strawberry & watermelon cocktails & you're on to a winner!

You'll need:

• 20ml Vodka
• 20ml Watermelon Liqueur
• 20ml Malibu
• 3 Strawberries
• 1/2 a Lime
• Vanilla Syrup
• Ice
• Shaker
• Garnish - Whipped Cream, Sour Apple Sherbet & Fizzy Watermelon Sweets

The Method:

1. Muddle 3 fresh strawberries & 1/2 a lime in your shaker
2. Fill with ice & add vodka, malibu, watermelon liqueur & vanilla syrup
3. Shake hard & strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
4. For extra effect, garnish with whipped cream, sour apple sherbet & fizzy watermelon sweets
