Cocktail of Christmas! Cranberry Mojito

Christmas Cranberry Mojito Get your Christmas off to a cracker with our festive themed Mojito!

This light & refreshing cocktail makes a great aperitif before you tuck into that Turkey!

Licor 43 is a delicious Spanish liqueur that can be found in most good supermarkets. With flavours of orange, lemon, lime & vanilla, it's fantastic in cocktails, especially at Christmas time.

Wishing everybody a very Merry Christmas!

You'll need:

- 25ml White Rum?
- 15ml Ginger Liqueur?
- 15ml Licor 43?
- A good bunch of Mint?
- 1/2 a lime?
- A splash of sugar syrup?
- Cranberry Juice
- ?A Jam Jar

The merry method:

1. Get your jam jar & squeeze in 4 lime wedges & a dozen mint leaves then muddle it lightly.
2. Add a shot of rum, 15ml of ginger liqueur 15ml of Licor 43 & a splash of sugar syrup.
3. Fill the jar with ice, pop the lid on & shake it!
4. Top up with cranberry juice, garnish with a sprig of mint & you're off!
