Elderflower Bellini - Cocktail of the Week!
To make this cool, quirky, must have cocktil you'll need:
Ingredients
- 50ml Pressed English Apple Juice
- 20ml Elderflower Cordial
- Top with Valdo Oro Pure Prosecco Superiore
- 1 strawberry
- 2 fresh mint leaves on a sprig
Method
1. Pour the juice and cordial into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top up with the Prosecco.
2. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim with 2 mint leaves on the strawberry’s stalk (replacing its leaves)
