Leigh Village Day Nursery - Review

I just wanted to to take the time to submit a mini review on Leigh Village Day Nursery.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly a year now, firstly for 1 day a week and now 3 days whilst I work. I was reluctant at first putting my daughter into childcare from 8 - 6, three days a week, however, the staff are always so kind and friendly and there is always a cuddle on offer should my little one feel the need for one.

They do so much with the kids throughout the day (Isobel is always full of it when I pick her up) from free play, stories, singing, dancing, cooking, reading and learning about a variety of different topics on a weekly basis, plus they have a sensory room, a gym (which the kids go to one or twice a day) and 2 outdoor gardens!

Since starting at Leigh Village Day Nursery, Isobel now eats such a more varied diet and is now keen to try new foods; something I struggled with if I'm honest as she grew older. Some of the food is made and delivered by a local company called Zebedee and the rest is made on site; I never thought my 3 year old would be asking me for a curry!

I can't recommend this nursery enough and for me, when Isobel starts school in September and i continue to work, I already have the comfort of knowing that she will also have some continuity, as Leigh Village run the after school club for West Leigh and North Street.
