RECIPE OF THE WEEK - COFFEE & WALNUT PRALINE CAKE

Hey guys I'm going to make the 3rd week in ever month bake week and share with you some tasty cakes and other sweet recipes. The 1st one being this yummy coffee & walnut praline cake, it will easily serve 8/12 people.
You will need 2 8ins cake tins, electric mixer or a electric hand whisk these help!

WHAT IS COOL?

On Saturday night I sat with my partner and sister in law and we discussed what it means to be 'cool'. It came from my sister in law who said she didn't feel cool enough sometimes around certain people. My partner and I agreed that we felt the same about ourselves, but I was baffled to hear it coming from her - I said she is one of the coolest people I know. She has great morals, a hilarious dark sense of humour, excellent dress sense, always looks good, her home is like something out of a style magazine, and she has a really high flying job. Cool points abound.

THE PHENOMENAL BOYS ARE ABOUT TO HIT TOWN!

The Broadway and West End phenomenon, Jersey Boys is touring for the very first time and pulls-in to the Cliffs Pavilion for two weeks from 17th February! This smash-hit musical about Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons features local lad Lewis Griffiths in the star line-up as Four Season Nick Massi. Nick, who hails from Benfleet, attended King John School and has appeared in a number of hit musicals such as Legally Blonde before landing this sought-after role.

DOES YOUR BUSINESS NEED A BANK?

All companies need to have a bank account for basic banking facilities such as having a current account and to be able to make payments. However the world is changing with regards to some of their other offerings. For example, Business Insurance is probably more competitive elsewhere and their Foreign Exchange rates are usually less than competitive than can be found elsewhere. (That will be discussed next week).
