Personal Trainer to Hollywood Stars comes to Leigh

Since opening it’s doors in June 2011, Personal Training Studio, Club One Hundred found in Rectory Grove, has built a reputation for it’s results. Working with all levels of clients, the Trainers tailor make each plan, to suit each individuals needs and goals, including full nutritional support.

The latest to join the highly experienced team is independent trainer Tony Bayliss, originally Armed forces trained and PT to a list of celebrities including academy award winning Hollywood actors.

For me personally, it was a long standing gym membership and bootcamp class vouchers that I just never found the time or motivation to use, oh and not to mention an ‘on the go’ diet, I decided that a more 'one to one' approach was the only way I was going to save my ever increasing waistline and start to give my body some much needed toning and definition. Choosing a PT is like choosing anyone you are going to employ for their services and on meeting Tony, listening to his experience, knowledge and the personalised plan he could offer me, it was clear he was the man for the job!

Tony combines detailed personalised training sessions combined with hos own fat burning systems that work! There is continouos ongoing support in both a detailed nutrition plan and extra exercises you can do to fit around any busy lifestyle. He works closely with you to understand and help you achieve your own personal goals and well, if his expertise are rated by Hollywood stars, then quite clearly, he is doing something right!

I personally have embarked on a PT plan with Tony and will keep you posted on my progress!

In the meantime, in line with this article on leigh-on-sea.com Tony is offering a FREE consultation / taster session …. hurry though… there are only limited offers available!
