The Secret Restaurant taking Southend by Storm!

Billy Hundreds Fish & Tapas restaurant based on the The Estuary in Southend-on-Sea seems to be 'the' restaurant taking Southend-on- Sea by storm! 

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is tailored to perfection, but then, this comes as no surprise with owner / chef Graham and dad, a fishmonger for 45 years, compiling the menu and picking the ingredients personally.  

Smoked haddock and poached egg on granary toast is just one of the mouth watering offerings available for breakfast, followed by a Tapas enthralled lunch and dinner menu with a tailor made wine list!

In addition, just to add to its alluring appeal, every night of the week you will find a different offering with Monday and Tuesday nights cleverly dubbed 'Paella night' and 'Paella night 2' due to demand! 

So, its of no real surprise that this gem of a restaurant, with estuary views, is what everybody is talking about, but secretly wanting to keep to themselves!

Personally... we cant wait to go!!!!
