Cocktail of the week - EL DIABLO

I'm going through a bit of a Sriracha Chili Sauce addiction right now, so I've used it for this devilish cocktail with a kick! This delicious Thai chili sauce can be found in most large supermarkets and the bottle has a distinct green cap.

You'll need:

  • 30ml Tequila
  • 20ml Lychee Liqueur
  • A squeeze of Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 a shot of Egg White
  • 25ml Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 a Lime (squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon of Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • Garnish - Dried Chili & Dried Cranberries

The Method:

  1. Add ingredients to shaker and shake hard with ice.
  2. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a dried chili & dried cranberries
