Cocktail of the week - Cherrybomb!

A crazy combo of sweet, sour & smoke, the Cherrybomb is a flavour explosion!

You'll need:

- A cocktail shaker
- A rocks glass / small tumbler
- 40ml Bourbon
- 10ml Kirsch
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1 egg white
- 25ml maple syrup
- Ice
- 1 cocktail cherry to garnish

The method behind the madness:

1. Throw 4 lemon wedges, egg white & maple syrup into your cocktail shaker and give it a good bashing with a muddler.

2. Fill the shaker with ice, a good whack of bourbon, and a wee half shot of Kirsch.

3. Shake it to bake it!

4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, pop in a straw & a cherry on top and BOOM!
