Cocktail of the week - WAIKIKI WAVE

A delicious & refreshing beachy cocktail for the summer! Its easy to make & you can have a bit of fun with the garnish!

You'll need:

25ml White Rum
25ml Blue Curacao
20ml Licor 43
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Simple Syrup
Ice
A blender
Garnish - Lemon Sherbet, Orange Wheel, Jelly Baby & Foam Banana

The Method:

1. In your blender, add white rum, licor 43, blue curacao, lime juice & a splash of sugar syrup with a large handful of ice.
2. Run a lime wedge round the rim of your glass & then dip the glass in lemon sherbet.
3. Pour the mixture from the blender into the glass.
4. Garnish with an orange wheel & a jelly baby riding a foam banana!
