My Recipe of the week is a Roasted Pumpkin Soup - As we are flooded with pumpkins at this time of year it is the ideal recipe to use up your scrap carvings and it is sure to help take the cold edge off of trick or treating!
Most people will just carve Pumpkins and use them as scary face lanterns, but they are actually a really tasty vegetable!
