Pre + Post Natal Yoga Classes

PRE NATAL YOGA, Saturday 13:30 – From 12 weeks of pregnancy

Please check with your midwife of GP that yoga is suitable for you and your baby.
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in. And maybe a snack and some water. We don’t usually have anything to eat 2 hours prior to yoga but as a pregnant lady you need to keep your energy levels up.

Can relieve common minor ailments during pregnancy e.g. Backache, swollen joints, heart burn, indigestion

Post natal, Monday 13.30pm – 6 weeks to 9 months or crawling

A class for mums and babies from 6 weeks to 9 months or crawling.
The post natal period is a very special time for mothers and babies. During this time of great change and adjustment, it is important to find ways that both you and baby can relate. Not only will this class support mums to get back to pre-pregnancy shape, it will also alleviate tiredness and stress for both of you. Post-Natal Yoga includes gentle exercises with rhythmic movements that will enable you to practice plenty whilst in your own time.
