On Sunday 24th March, a local fitness company put supporters of a local charity through their paces at their first trek training class. Simply Stride were joined by 13 trekkers for their first training session across the Hadleigh Downs. Many of the trekkers are taking part in a National Three Peaks Challenge this summer to raise vital funds for Havens Hospices, which includes Fair Havens Hospice, Little Havens Hospice and The J’s.
